Our Food Safety Commitment Even After Delivery

RECALLS & ALERTS

Just because a purchase is completed does not mean our job is done.
We follow up even after the delivery, just so you can enjoy a healthy and delicious meal on board.

What is a Recall?

A recall is when a product is removed from the market or a correction is made to the product because it is either defective or potentially harmful.

Sometimes a producer or a distributor discovers a problem in a food item and recalls the product on his own. Other times a company recalls a product after Federal Drug Administration (FDA) or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) raises concerns.

Recalls are for the consumers’ protection against diseases and serious consecutive aftermath.

Some reasons for recalling food are: Discovery of an organism in a product which may harm the consumers Discovery of a potential allergen in a product

Mislabeling or misbranding of food. For example, a food may contain an allergen, such as nuts or eggs, but those ingredients do not appear on the label.

How we protect you

We continuously work with our vendors as well as FDA to improve the effectiveness of a food recall when it occurs.
The double verifying method we use ensures prevention of any missing information from the supply chain.
You can also visit our web site to check the live stream from Federal Drug Administration for any possible recalls & alerts.

Thanks to our advanced computer software, we are alarmed instantly if your ship was supplied any recalled food items. If that is the case, we will immediately call your office and ship or send messages to both.

We will then continuously update all concerned parties until we receive a further notice from the authorities.

We will refund for all recalled food items.
